国际资讯：日本JFE钢铁公司世界首发高强钢无头轧制技术
来源：汽车材料网 近日，日本JFE钢铁公司宣布，该公司开发了世界首项高强钢热连轧无头轧制技术。据称，在JFE钢铁公司东日本制铁所（千叶地区）的热轧厂已经开始利用该技术实施量产，实现了高强钢的稳定生产和生产效率的提高。
一般的热轧工序中，是将加热的板坯用粗轧机和精轧机一块块轧制成所需的厚度，用冷却设备控制到卷取温度后，卷取成钢卷。精轧时，由于钢卷的头尾没有张力，易于发生板形变差及跑偏的现象。为了应对这些问题，JFE钢铁公司在粗轧机与精轧机之间设置了接合设备，将钢卷的头尾部分接合起来，向精轧机连续送入多个钢卷，从而成为无头轧制（见图1），1996年在世界上率先开发出此项技术，并在东日本制铁所（千叶地区）投入使用。
